Access is included in Office 2021 Professional Plus and Office 2024 Professional Plus, and it is not included in Home & Business or Home & Student. If the PC also needs Word, Excel or Outlook, the Professional Plus suite is almost always the better buy and often costs about the same as Access alone. The standalone license makes sense for a machine that runs only the database front end, or for adding Access to a PC that already has a Home & Business edition installed.
