Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the goods to arrive from the factory to our warehouse. We require 24 to 48 hours to process your order before handing it over to the shipping departments. Please also consider seasonal peak times and special promotions that may affect processing times. We will keep you updated throughout the fulfillment process regarding the status of your order.

On average, the goods are produced and shipped from our facility within 2-4 business days after purchase.

We are also unable to ship to military areas.

STANDARD SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE

We offer free shipping for all orders.

If you need to receive your order by a specific date for a special occasion or event, please contact us to ensure that you choose the correct shipping method and to check the availability of products for immediate shipment.

We ship via Yanwen, UPS, and USPS (FedEx for international deliveries).

The product price and shipping costs include taxes.

We cannot ship to multiple addresses.

MY ORDER’S TRACKING NUMBER STOPPED UPDATING – WHAT HAPPENED?

We provide a tracking number for every order we ship. While we do our best to assist, we are not responsible for issues with the shipping provider. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered, but you cannot find the package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or delivery center with your tracking number for inquiries regarding missing deliveries. We assure you that your order is in the package when shipped.
